PURPOSE STATEMENT
This position will oversee the Millennial Soccer Program afterschool program at Garrison Middle School.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Directs all aspect, areas, and components of the Millennial Soccer Program.
- Coordinates all strategic aspects of the Millennial Soccer Program.
- Coordinates, schedules and oversees games.
- Helps players build their skills, knowledge and strategic ability.
- Supervise and coach students.
- Work with the 21st Century Site Director to build student coalition to help run the Millennial Soccer Program.
- Perform other reasonable duties as needed for the efficient set up and operation of the Millennial Soccer Program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to effectively carry out supervision duties for a club.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students and administrators.
- Evidence of short and long-term organization and management skills.
- Evidence of being a positive role model.
- Professional integrity, vigor, flexibility, enthusiasm.
Licenses/Special Requirements
- Completed Employment Application/Background Check.
