PURPOSE STATEMENT
The 4th & 5th Grade Millennial Co-Ed Soccer Coach will facilitate co-ed soccer for 4th and 5th grade students at Walla Walla elementary schools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Implement teaching and coaching philosophies/rules consistent with the WWPS Elementary Soccer.
- Instruct participants in individual, group and team techniques, tactics and physical training necessary for the realization of success and enjoyment of athletics.
- Communicate a clearly defined philosophy which emphasizes ethical competition, sportsmanship, leadership, and citizenship with students, parents, staff, and community members.
- Utilize effective coaching techniques for skill development, strategy, and interpersonal team relations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to effectively carry out supervision duties for a club.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students and administrators.
- Evidence of short and long-term organization and management skills.
- Evidence of being a positive role model.
- Professional integrity, vigor, flexibility, enthusiasm.
Licenses/Special Requirements
- Completed Employment Application/Background Check.
